Shipping Policy

Same day dispatch via DPD on all items unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Transit times according to destination country.

Mainland United Kingdom transit time: 2-3 working days.

Mainland Europe transit time: 3-5 working days.

Rest of World transit time: 10-12 working days.

You will receive a tracking code for your order.

When shipping into countries other than the United Kingdom, local import taxes and/or VAT will be due. You will be contacted by your local customs office when your purchase arrives at the border of the destination country.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. For UK-destined orders, larger orders may be eligible for free shipping: you will be notified accordingly at checkout.

Packaging

Your Aerohead order will be supplied in protective recyclable packaging.

Computer and AirTag mounts are supplied with an installation instruction booklet.
