Beta Test Terms and Conditions

1. The purpose of the Beta Test is to solicit honest feedback, both positive and negative, on the function, marketability, and usability of the products supplied.
   
   
2. To apply to join the Beta Test, participants must first communicate which product they would like to test; either verbally to a representative of Aerohead, or via email to ben@aerohead.cc. 
   
   
3. The four products in the Beta Test are labelled in the test as: "Out Front", "Climb", "Combo" and "Offset Combo". Note that these prototypes are not the same as the products of these names for sale on this website.
   
   
4. Aerohead will consider applications to join the Beta Test in the order in which they are received. Aerohead reserves the right to deny applications for any reason, at any time.
   
   
5. If accepted on to the Beta Test, participants will receive one copy their chosen product to test within 15 working days of acceptance. The product will be handed to them directly, or mailed to a UK mainland address of their choice.
   
   
6. Participants must then evaluate their chosen product by using it on a compatible bicycle with round-section 31.8mm handlebars, respecting any payload limits (see below), and supply their findings either verbally to a representative of Aerohead, or via email to ben@aerohead.cc.
   
   
7. Participants must report their findings within 31 days of receipt of the product. No further findings need be reported to Aerohead by participants after this time, although they may do so if they wish.
   
   
8. Participants may choose to leave the Beta Test at any time before submission of their evaluation by returning the product; either by handing it to a representative of Aerohead, or by mailing it to our mailing address (shown at the footer of this website).
   
   
9. By participating in the Beta Test, participants agree to release the organisers of the Beta Test, Aerohead, in so far as English law allows, from any legal liability or claims arising from a mishap, injury or loss incurred while using the product.
   
   
10. Participants may not sell-on or transfer any product received as part of the Beta Test.
    
    
11. No warranty is express or implied with respect to any product received as part of the Beta Test.
    
    
12. All metal sub-components in products supplied as part of the Beta Test will be stainless steel, even if those sub-components would be titanium in the final production part.
